Waterfall was really comfortable and roomy. The facilities were firstclass and the location ideal.

Loved the location, close enough to Ambleside to enjoy all the town has to offer. Could hear a Stock Gyll which was lovely as well as see it from the little garden. Facilities at the apartment were great, loved the maps and local information. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to be able to prepare meals. Beds comfortable. Just a lovely stay!

Just returned from a one week stay at waterfall. We had a lovely stay and thought the apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed, very well equipped and clean. We Would recommend staying here, it is only a short walk into town and parking was a bonus. we would stay here again, thank you

Fabulous apartment. Photos dont really do it justice. Very comfortable and well equipped, we cooked every evening and had everything we needed. Located just up the hill from the town. Parking for two cars was great. Excellent base to explore.

Lounge window left open in a locked position Some dirty mugs and cooking utensils left in cupboards No bin liners Doorbell not working Dishwasher, problem with waste backing up into the bath.
