Just 3 miles from Ambleside and about a five-minute drive, this two-storey farmhouse-style property sits within over 51 acres of shared grounds. Guests have half a mile of private lake frontage on Windermere with glorious fell views. Note: there is no hot tub at this property.

The estate grounds are free to explore on foot or bike. Woodland walks start from the door and deer and rabbits are regularly spotted in the grounds. The shallow bay is safe for a quick dip and the private jetty is available by arrangement for kayaking, canoeing, fishing and dinghy launching.

Fieldside sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms. The king-size bedroom has garden views and the twin bedroom has a woodland outlook with built-in storage. One sleek bathroom with shower over bath serves both rooms. The lounge features a wood burner set in a striking Inglenook fireplace.
