There's a main bathroom with shower over bath and a separate WC off the utility room.
Hill Top (1.2 miles, 4 minutes) showcases Beatrix Potter's former home. Hawkshead village (2.8 miles, 8 minutes) offers shops and pubs. Wray Castle (4.5 miles, 12 minutes) provides lakeside grounds. Bowness-on-Windermere (ferry crossing, 15 minutes) has lake cruises and waterfront dining.
