We've stayed at Swallowdale a couple of times now and will certainly return. The location is so central and parking facilities first class. We were lucky with the weather and it was lovely to sit in the tiny garden and have a glass or two in the sun!
Our second visit to Swallowdale and it was just as good as before. A good central location, but nice and quiet too. A very comfortable and convenient home from home.

This apartment has a fantastic location right in the centre of Ambleside. Quiet with minimal noise from the other apartments. Well equipped kitchen and clean utensils. The dehumidifier came on regularly for very short times but didnt affect our enjoyment. For the size of the room we would have liked a bigger tv but this is just our personal choice. We enjoyed watching the many birds on the feeder in the garden We were warm and comfortable and would recommend this especially as it has its own parking space which is really handy

Lost count of how many times we've stayed at this lovely little apartment. We love it, perfect size for two, warm,very well furnished and equipped and in a really good location, quiet yet minutes from the centre of Ambleside, perfect. Then there's the parking which is yet another bonus, can't fault anything and hope to be coming back for many more visits. Thank you
