This 2-bedroom cottage is a contemporary three-floor retreat in Chapel Stile, a quiet Lakeland village in the Langdale Valley, Cumbria. South-facing views stretch across to Baysbrown and Lingmoor Fell from the front of the cottage. It sits right at the gateway to the Langdale Valley with a south-facing bench at the front.
Chapel Stile is a proper walking village. Superb routes for walkers and cyclists of all abilities start from the doorstep. A village shop and pub are both within easy reach. Ambleside is 5 miles away and Bowness-on-Windermere is 10 miles away where you can catch traditional steamer sailings on Lake Windermere.
