Great accommodation, perfect location within Holt, great garden for my dog, lots of nice places to walk with the dog within walking distance, very clean and had all the amenities, really liked the conservatory, as we went in September so the nights got a bit chilly and it was nice to sit in their before dinner.

Archieâ??s is a beautiful, clean and comfortable cottage well situated to explore Holt and the surrounding area. On arrival, we were greeted with wine, local biscuits and a tub of sweets that went down very well. Off street parking was also a big bonus. Our only note of caution are the stairs as they are very steep. This was well documented ahead of arrival but we hadnâ??t quite appreciated just how steep until we got there.

We had a really great holiday at Archies. The location in Holt is ideal for the local shops, cafes and bars. The house is warm and accommodating with well laid out features such as the conservatory as well as a good inventory of equipment for the rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cosy cottage in a prime location, everything you need has been included, lovely outside space to sit and relax and close to all amenities. We had a lovely stay and would book again.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped house and kitchen, good beds and storage in bedrooms. Cosy little conservatory with four comfy chairs was a bonus. Archie's is in the perfect location, just a short walk to many independent local shops and fish and chip shops.

The cottage is in a wonderful location for exploring the North Norfolk coast and felt like a home during our stay. The layout of the cottage is perfect and there is ample space for six adults.

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location, just a very short, flat walk from the town centre. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely little courtyard garden. Thoroughly recommended.

The cottage is in a great position so that you can walk to Holt's amenities and a few miles from the coast and other attractions. It is very well equipped and we would love to stay again in the future, the only consideration is for guests who may be less mobile is that the stairs are very steep and narrow.

Lovely cottage which had all the facilities and equipment needed. Superbly positioned in the centre of Holt but in a quiet location. The owner Sarah was really helpful and keen to pass on information concerning restaurants/pubs etc. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage. Ideal location for visiting villages and the seaside such as Wells next the sea. 10 out 10 for Archieâ??s cottage.
